Personal Projects

I am a hands-on learner, so to practice skills and techniques learned in class I put them to use. Current projects include a Decision Support System to aid in statistical calculations for qualitative analysis and a raspberry pi cluster that takes inspiration from Jeff Geerling's project of the same concept. In addition to occasionally serving this website, I use the cluster as a testbench for implementing security-related networking concepts such as enumeration, worms, and botnets

Ethical Hacking

This is purely for scholastic reasons. I am a cybersecurity student and penetration tester with a background in computer science and software engineering; as such I have to reinforce both security and exploitation concepts through practice. Currently I am working on using the pi cluster for simulated DDoS attacks on a virtual machine.

System Administration

I learn exploitation concepts in order to secure systems. Due to this, many "system administrator" concepts overlap and in order to streamline my own processes to keep the pi cluster online and run forensic tools to diagnose my handiwork, I had to develop a number of scripts to automate certain tasks. Click below to view the scripts, or see the code via github.

Research Papers

I have a lot to learn. Even so, I am committed to in-depth explorations of computer related topics and have written a number of papers during my time in academia. Click here or the button below to be redirected to my school research topics.

Skill Set

Hands-On Learner

This site was built by me using public domain resources, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. A clone of this site built with django is occasionally served from my raspberry pi cluster, running docker and Apache. In addition to python, I am proficient with C++, Java, and SQL. View my pi cluster project for more information!

Kali Linux expertise

Includes vulnerability scanning and penetration testing of various computer systems and network infrastructures.

Research papers

I have written a number of papers during my time at Saint Leo University. Click here or the button below to be redirected to my school research topics.
